To qualify for a refund:
The product must remain unused and in original condition.
Clear images/videos of the issue must be provided.

Once approved:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
Instead of a refund, you may request a replacement:

If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
