At StylishAkhada, we focus on delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently while ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

1. Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive an SMS/email notification once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Time: Delivery depends on your location and courier partner availability: Within Karnataka: 2–4 business days; Metro Cities: 3–6 business days; Other Locations: 5–8 business days; Remote/Rural Areas: Additional time may apply. Delays may occur during festivals, peak seasons, or unforeseen courier issues.

3. Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, location, and courier rates. Free shipping may be available during promotions or above a minimum purchase value.

4. Order Tracking: Once shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS/email. You can track the shipment on the courier partner’s website.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address: StylishAkhada is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, or unreachable phone numbers. Re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 24 hours and provide an unboxing video/images as proof. We will coordinate with the courier partner for resolution.

7. International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. Deliveries are restricted to India only.
